Day 25 being sober. Problem with GOUT in left big toe and ankle joint. Using black cherry juice, celery seed extract and indomethacin to heal. I love running and even more and falling back in love with skateboarding. Even though I'm now 35 years old, I still feel so young and capable to skateboard better than I previously did before. I just need time to retrain my legs. Last night I ran for the first time after getting through the majority of the pain from gout, I ran 3 miles in a pathetic 44 minutes. Whatever...I could have ran faster but just wanted to finish the duration with an injury to see how I feel. This upcoming year of 2017 I'm wanting to run in some events, marathons or whatever primarily to get cool "hey look at me being healthy and positive photos for my online dating profiles".
